valerie
hellloooo, since i cant view our blog for some reason, i cant see the tagboard. so shall just post what i have to say here.
i just wna say that i agree w whoever posted the previous post. i mean, after we took over, i felt like our attitude totally changed. for one thing, thr are things we ourselves dun do (like tucking in shirts after act, have a sense of urgency etc) yet we expect our jnrs to be able to do so. after we took over, from what i see, our thinking has become something like "we're the biggest now, we can do things the way WE want." yet we forgot that we ourselves should be role models, that what WE do sets the foundation of our cadets' standard and performance.
seriously charlie girls, we need to talk. ):
we've only taken over for such a short while, but it seems too long.
but still, w love, valerie.
