Within ourselves, our standard, our discipline, we cannot deny that they dropped ever since we took over right?

ensure the discipline of my Cadets
and will nurture them to their potential.

I overcome difficulties with my adventurous spirit.
I will uphold the prestige of the National Cadet Corps
to be the premiere uniformed group in Singapore

"Overcome difficulties" and "uphold the prestige",
our seniors believe in us, which was why they say we can do it and hand the Unit over to us.

Let's not disappoint them, alright?



And before we demand standard and discipline from our juniors, we ought to have them in ourselves, the standard, the discipline, of us when we were cadets.
