hello charlie
hello charlie.
i don't know what happened.
but it seemed like after this whole taking over thing,
everybody and everything is changing.
sad to say,
WE AREN'T THE SAME ANYMORE ):
just because we don't have any people to control us anymore.
does it mean we are totally free to do anything we want?
we scold our juniors for their attire, their standards.
ask yourself,
can we OURSELVES live up to our own standards?
(you should know what i'm talking about)
why is it so hard to find some people during activity?
please do not run away halfway and hide somewhere in the midst of training.
if you have to, please at least inform one of us.
if you think you have nothing to do in the platoon , then never mind, go find the csm/asm ,
they'll let you do something.
*******
that brings me to another thing,
i've been observing,
and realised that some of you are rather overbearing at times.
take turns to take the platoon.
don't fight please.
let others have a chance to give commands, discipline, talk to the platoon.
let them have a say in what they want to do for the platoon.
LISTEN is all you have to do.
sometimes when we get obsessed over something,
we tend to turn deaf to our surroundings.
let people have a chance yeah?
you won't die just because you didn't shout one command,
or you didn't scold the platoon for once.
right?
and people, please stick to your own assigned duties.
be it taking this particular platoon on that day,
or cleaning up the ncc room,
or doing preparations for any activities.
don't go do other things until you have finished what u are supposed to do,
worse still,
go to take other platoons.
if you don't know which platoon you're in,
please ask qiaowei.
i'm not pointing fingers here by the way.
you know who you are.
in a way i'm "lecturing",
in a way i'm just letting out all my observations these past few weeks.
please do not take offence though,
i'm just trying to help,
(and to wake some people up).
if you can guess who i'm, good for you.
